You don't need to be a faculty or staff member at the U of A to have your donation counted towards our goal of 500 units of blood each year. Friends and family are welcome. Together, we are Canada's lifeline!
How to participate:
- Set up an account on blood.ca or on the GiveBlood app for Apple or Android.
- Select “partners” from the menu.
- Select “join a team” and a drop down list will appear. Select University of Alberta - Faculty & Staff.
- Book your next appointment either through your team bookings (visible under your team) or as an individual.
If you have already donated this year, the count will be retroactive to January 1.
