Authorize access to my personal information
This service allows students to provide informed consent for the Office of the Registrar to disclose personal student information to a designated individual, agent, agency, or legal counsel, under the authority of the Alberta Protection of Privacy Act (POPA). By submitting the Informed Consent for Disclosure of Personal Information form, students can authorize the release of all Registrar’s Office student services or specify particular records such as Transcripts, T2202, Verification Documents, and Application/Admission information.
