Campus Food Bank

Service offered by U of A Students' Union (UASU)

The Campus Food Bank (CFB) is an independent registered charity that supports students, staff, faculty, and recent graduates facing food insecurity. Through client food hampers and additional food access programs, CFB provides supplementary food support to help reduce financial stress. CFB champions both immediate and systemic food accessibility while fostering a dignified, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

How to Access

Register to become a client, then attend a scheduled pick-up appointment during designated hours. For support outside pickup hours, call 780-492-8677 or email info@campusfoodbank.com.

Pick-up hours (client appointments only)
Mon: 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Tue: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Wed: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Thurs: 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Fri: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Sat: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Outside of these hours, clients should call or email to connect.

What to Expect

The Campus Food Bank provides respectful, confidential, and reliable food support through scheduled appointments. Staff and volunteers aim to create a welcoming space where clients are treated with dignity and care.
