Change Health Community Program
The Change Health Community Program (CHCP) is a free, four-week wellness program designed to support students in developing healthy habits that last. The program brings students together in a supportive group setting to learn practical skills related to nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being. Each session includes a hands-on cooking class focused on healthy meal preparation, along with interactive workshops led by campus and community partners such as the University Health Centre, Campus Recreation, and the Campus Food Bank.
