Emergency training & preparation for events

The Office of Emergency Management provides a variety of support for student groups, faculty, and staff around safety hazards and emergency scenarios, such as those described on the university's Emergency Procedures + Information page (e.g., active agreesors, fires, outages, severe weather). These services are preventative in nature, aiming to identify the necessary preparations for the anticipated level of risk at the event.

Service Offerings

  • Risk prediction & recommendations for events
  • Table-Top Exercises (TTXs): facilitated discussions sessions where a team walks through a simulated emergency scenario
  • Document templates for emergency preparedness
