The Engineering Incubator is a mentor-centric commercialization platform designed to move innovation from concept to a venture scale company. It works with students, researchers, faculty, and recent alumni across all faculties to transform technical ideas into scalable ventures. The Incubator's model integrates structured entrepreneurial education with real venture execution. Participants develop the skills, discipline, and strategic judgment required to navigate commercialization while actively building alongside experienced mentors and industry leaders. There is no cost to participate, and no equity or fees are taken. A business plan, pitch deck, or incorporated company are not needed to apply.
