Manage a student group CCID

Once officially registered, student groups have access to their own Campus Computing ID, which also gives them their own email inbox and account. The student group's primary contact can request a variety of transactions through the Freshservice platform to manage this CCID.

How to Access

Submit the appropriate form through Freshservice (see links under the Service Offerings section). Depending on the request, the requester must be the CCID's administrative owner, primary contact, and/or a listed executive in the UASU's Student Groups Directory.

Hours of Operation
Request form available 24/7. Processing occurs during regular IST business hours.

What to Expect

IST will verify the group’s registration and the requester’s eligibility. Processing may take up to 5 business days.
