Naloxone kits
Naloxone kits are available confidentially at the University Health Centre Pharmacy and other Edmonton pharmacies to help reverse opioid overdoses and save lives. Kits are safe, easy to use, and provided in accordance with the Health Information Act. In the event of an overdose, call 911 immediately and administer naloxone if available.

What to Expect
Naloxone kits are available during pharmacy hours, subject to availability, with no appointment or prescription required. The service is confidential, includes brief education. Call 911 in an overdose emergency. The service operates in accordance with the Health Information Act and the kit includes brief instructions on how to recognize an overdose and how to administer naloxone.Cost
