Personal fitness training

Personal fitness training provides customized support to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through one-on-one or small group sessions. Certified personal trainers design tailored exercise programs based on individual needs, fitness levels, and goals. Services are available at recreation facilities on both North and South Campus, with flexible training locations. Options include individual sessions, semi-private group training, fitness assessments, and program design. Additional support is available through nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian. These services support physical wellbeing, skill development, and long-term fitness habits in a structured and supportive environment.
