Poster distribution service

Service offered by U of A Students' Union (UASU)

Safewalk offers a poster distribution service to University departments, student groups, businesses, and campus-related organizations. This service helps promote events, services, and initiatives by posting approved posters on public bulletin boards across North Campus. Safewalk reviews all poster requests to ensure they meet university guidelines and manages on-campus distribution.

How to Access

1. Submit a Safewalk Postering Request and include budget information.
2. Once the request is approved, drop posters off at Student Life Central (SUB 0-81).
3. Safewalk will distribute posters according to the selected schedule.

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

What to Expect

Safewalk reviews and distributes approved posters on public boards across North Campus. Allow one week per 100 posters. Orders must follow university postering guidelines. High demand may affect availability.

Cost

25–50 posters: $25
51–100 posters: $40
A single, reduced rate applies to all groups.

Special Conditions

  • Posters must follow university postering guidelines
  • Safewalk is not responsible for posters removed due to missing permissions or restricted locations
