Rapid testing for strep throat

Strep Throat Testing provides quick and reliable, point-of-care testing to determine whether a sore throat is caused by a bacterial streptococcal infection. Using a simple on-site test, results are available in under 10 minutes, allowing for timely assessment and treatment decisions. If the test result is positive, a pharmacist can prescribe an appropriate antibiotic when clinically indicated, helping to relieve symptoms and reduce the risk of complications. This service offers a convenient option for prompt care without the need for a separate doctor’s visit. Fees apply for this service.
