Student Group Services (SGS) provides funding, tools, templates, advising, and platform access to support University of Alberta student groups. Services include granting opportunities, governance templates, registration support, Rubric platform management, and in-person or booked advising through Student Life Central.

How to Access

  • Access online resources (Resource Hub, templates, granting video).
  • Log into Rubric using club account for registration and management.
  • Visit Student Life Central at 0-81 Students' Union Building during operating hours for drop-in advising.
  • Book an appointment via Calendly for extended support.
  • Contact SGS by email at clubs@uasu.ca or phone at 780-492-9789 for assistance.
