To help kick off Fall 2026 with the support you need, we’re extending our live support hours. 

From Aug. 24 until Sept. 18, 2026, contact the SSC via phone, live chat or in-person:

• Starting at 8:15 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
• Starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday

We will return to normal business hours on Sept. 21, 2026.
