Looking for community and connection? We're an Indigenous student outreach program run by the Wellness Supports team at the University of Alberta and we're all about creating spaces where you can thrive.

What we're about

We know that wellness comes from connecting with culture, strengthening your community, and building skills to care for yourself. That’s why we work closely with university partners like faculties, student groups, and First Peoples’ House to host a variety of events and programs throughout the year, from hands-on beading and ribbon skirt-making to yoga classes and paint nights. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, connect with culture, or share a meal with fellow students, there’s a place for you here!

By students for students

To ensure Indigenous student voices are at the heart of our work, our team includes two student staff who help shape our programming and resources. We also take pride in our close-knit relationships with Indigenous student groups and clubs. Through the Indigenous Student Group Network, we help power collaborative and student-led events that keep our community vibrant and connected.
